Case RE-250: This change refactors the stage logic from the main script to three modules:
Elevate::StageFile - This module contains all the logic to manage the '/var/cpanel/elevate' file
Elevate::Stages - This module contains the get/set logic for the stage of the elevate process that the script is currently in
Elevate::Marker - This module contains the logic to add debug information about the elevate process to the stage file
