Instead of simply having a blocker for old versions of MySQL/MariaDB, give the option to auto-upgrade
during the elevate process. Also, give them the option to specify which version to which they prefer to upgrade. We can only do this when MySQL/MariaDB is provided by cPanel, not CloudLinux.
