why do I have to press FN+Return instead of Return #109

When in nvPY (and only there) I have to press Fn-Key + Return to make a new line? Does it have to do with some settings of nvPY?

Running Ubuntu 14.04 on a notebook (of course)

With nvPY on Ubuntu 14.04 x86_64 I have not been able to reproduce the behaviour that you describe.

When I press Return, it switches focus to the note editing area. If at the time of pressing enter, no note was found due to a search request, it creates a new note with that search request as its title. Both of these are expected behaviour.

Tested it on 14.04 as well (not on a notebook of course) and cant reproduce that effect either. Works as expected (running: 0.9.5~git20130806-1)
