Support for more URL schemes

This is a feature request for supporting additional URI schemes.

nvpy currently supports these schemes:

• http/https

• ftp

• file

It would be nice if nvpy supported other schemes, such as (in no particular order):

• mailto

• tel

• mid

• thunderlink

• message

• irc
