Issue with question mark in note #69

When trying to sync a note with a question mark in the title, nvpy crashes. The only relevant line in nvpy.log is this:

2013-05-01 10:23:43,961 - ERROR - NotesDB_save: Error opening C:\Alex\Dropbox\Notebook\Interesting_(?)_Talks.txt: [Errno 22] invalid mode ('wb') or filename: u'C:\\Alex\\Dropbox\\Notebook\\Interesting_(?)_Talks.txt'

I am using the text files mode.

This issue is too old. Latest stable version is fixed many bugs. Please use the latest version.

If this problem still persists, reopen it again.
