Adding Tags to plain text files #96

as you can add tags through the bottom bar of nvpy, - they are nonexistent on the plain text files -> couldn't tags be written down at the end of plain text documents?

eg tag: "poem" is added to plain text as "§poem" at the bottom.

Oh - and adding the date that is shown in the nvpy sidebar for each note would be great, too :)

Else those potentially crucial information are not available in plain text if nvpy is not available
