I dont find any admin folder in the script ? Installing problems.

Hi.. i have installed to hotbuzz.in and i cannot find hotbuzz.in/admin section and the site is showing 403 error..

I had read all the docs but could not find the solution

the custom admin utility hasn't been released to the open source branch yet and is still in active development

But without that i cannot run the site ... how i should do that ?
