We should add bibtext entries of the RISC-V paper and also the older TCE overview paper and the softcore flow paper for people to find and cite easily. Similarly to what's written here: http://openasip.org/cpc/publications.html with text to suggest citing one or more papers that are relevant to the publication (overall TCE, softcores/FPGA or RISC-V customization).
