Manual still refers to tce-config and tcecc #196

Is the idea to move everything to use openasip-config and oacc, or is there some logic that we still use the old commands in some cases?

If we are going to always use the new terms, might be a good idea change all of these with search-and-replace?

Yes, let's be consistent and fade out the tce named ones.
