Move FUGen section from 'Tutorial and How-tos' to 'Processor Design Tools/Processor Generator', because there was nothing tutorial-like about it.
Adding a new tutorial about fugen at some point might be cool. Maybe extending/replacing the OpenASIP tour to use FUGen for the reflect operation, since the current one adds an entire pre-made function unit, where a simpler operation implementation snippet would suffice.
