This seems to be the version of Arkos ROM that was released, but a WIP of SNArkos. I don't know how much differences there are, but at least the help (how2sna) is missing and the init message is not the same.

We have the final version sources as well somewhere else, so I'd suggest to delete anything SNArkos related from this repo.

Ah, I would have say it is the very last one
