Consider using Cloudstrife's work using vlink #2

Cloudstrife already reworked these sources to use vasm+vlink and cleaned them from some errors in the way WinAPE manages relative jumps. We should use his sources which have been checked to build a working ROM (almost byte to byte identical to the original release), instead of repeating the work here.
