Add additional tools to Module Selector dialog #1

Currently the ModuleSelector allows a user to select modules to activate for a project. It would be nice if the dialog provided an interface to use more of cpenv's functionality like:

[x] Preview Combined Environment Variables
[ ] Publishing modules
[x] Cloning modules
[ ] Localizing modules

Publishing and localizing are probably unnecessary tools.
