Add pipeline configuration as additional filter #13

Currently environments can be user restricted, it would be a great option to add a restriction per Pipeline Configuration in cases where studios run a Stable and Beta/Alpha configuration as Pipeline Configuration.

That's a great idea @RicardoMusch.

Could making the permissions field more general work for you use case instead? I could imagine making the permissions field a Multi-Entity field accepting Group or Person instead of it being just a Person field. For example, we have a dev group so making a staging Environment with the permissions set to the dev group would work well.
