Add support for Software Codes for Environment Lookup. #18

This PR adds support for looking up Environments using the Software.code field rather than just the toolkit engine name. This means that tk-cpenv can resolve Environments for Software entities that have no toolkit engine!

The Engine combo box now includes Software codes for entities that have no associated engine name and the label reads Engine or Software.
