Phd based algorithm #2

Do you mind me asking - were you able to release the algorithm developed in your Phd thesis? It is mentioned that it might become open source. If you really are able to achieve 15-20% smaller deltas than bsdiff I am sure there would be considerable interest!

Huh, doesn't this code implement that algorithm?

Sort of. I took bits and pieces from my thesis work and made some further improvements.
