Add a table describing compatibility with other metadata schema #10

As cas has parts that are close to what existing meta data schemata cover we should add a table highlighting similarities/dissimilarities maybe to the readme.

Close this for now. The table will have to be updated with more detail when the XSLT sheets are written.
