Add USAT NCC as a replication point #274

I use Tapiriik app and love it. I have a suggestion - every year USAT runs a challenge for the winter season and requires people to add their workouts bu hand. I have written the app that worked for the past 3 years, but this year they changed the website and my app does not longer work. I do not longer have the time to rewrite the screen scraping logic for the new USAT app and I think it would be great if you can add USAT NCC as one of your replication endpoints.

I was hoping you were able to get some income from this app and were interested in extending the scope of coverage. Does not seem like supporting USAT is a viable business decision and worth the time... I completely understand. In 3 years of running my free app I got $10 donation from only a single user while 500+ total users signed up and used the app for entire winter to move their workouts between systems. That sure taught me a lesson in free sharing economy :-)
