Strava to Runkeeper not syncing #389

Hi,

My Strava activity is not syncing to RunKeeper since Sunday. when I look at sync activities, and Strava to Endomondo, Ride With GPS is good but not RunKeeper; has Runkeeper changed their API or is the gateway down?

Can confirm problems with uploading to Runkeeper (but from Garmin, yet it seems the problem is at RK) from Oct. 16 onwards. Errormessage does not seem to fit the problem: Runkeeper: Some services limit how many actions tapiriik can perform on your behalf per hour - more activities will transfer soon. Probably same issue as #365 and #362

Looking at the recent commit history, @cpfair appears to be to trying to work around some API rate-limiting that RunKeeper recently introduced.

The rate-limiting is likely the root cause of a lot of RunKeeper-related sync issues everyone is seeing lately.

Same problem for me, last synced activity was 15 October, two runs since havent synced with strava. Will be awaiting solution.
