activities not syncing from garmin/strava to dropbox #580

Since April 14, runs don't sync from Garmin and Strava to Dropbox. Tapiriik hangs on "queuing" for ages and then times out.

Syncing works again, sort of. Activity names don't get added to the file name, though.
