Add the capability to properly deal with offset faults as implemented in Eclipse without deforming the elements.

So now we can produce grids like the above (the open Johansen data set) with large offset faults

Hey @MickyDroid - your work is now in the repository. Check out the above figure - lots of faults, 1/2 million elements and it took a couple of seconds to generate this grid.
