Add a GSR/EDA data type #399

Some sensors support galvanic skin response/electrodermal activity measurements.

A documented data type for this should be added.

Some questions:

Should the type be named EDA or GSR? If GSR is a subtype of EDA, should the specific method be a separate parameter in the data point, or device registration?
Similar to the current ECG data type, should a single lead measurement be presumed for now?
What should the unit be?
