[Health] Add menstruation flow data from Health Connect and HealthKit, characteristic data from HealthKit #1008

Modified #972, which includes changes from #965. This PR removes Google Fit support for menstruation flow data as Google Fit is going to be removed from the plugin soon, and also adds the ability to write menstruation flow data.
