[HEALTH] fixed issue #893 (needs to restart app after install HealthConnect) #898

Imagine the useful case:

  1. the app checks that HealthConnect not installed
  2. the app open GooglePlay - user installs HealthConnect
  3. User returns to the app and try to use health

HealthFactory(useHealthConnectIfAvailable: true) should be re-created if created before.

This has now been fixed in release 10.2.0
