Suggestion : Default extension #3

When saving a file without giving it extension, it would be nice for it to take .usd by default like most apps, I think it's instinctive for many people to just give a name for their file and not specify the extension.

Hi @oumad , I have added this features for the Editor/Save As, Editor/Create layer, and Layer Stack/Create layer. Let me know if that works as you would expect, C
