  1. Section 2.1 and Section 2.2 of draft-cprigf-bmwg-pwoerbench said: “ m is the number of traffic load levels (if it is considered 100%, 30%, 0%; m = 3)

” Here traffic load level percentages are set to 100%, 30% and 0%, but in some other cases, such as traffic load level percentage for access router or access switch, the load level percentages could be 100%,10%,0% See ITU-T L.1310 for details.

Yes, totally agreed. I think we should have some (very) low percentage levels. My research shows that:

The benchmark should highlight this clearly.
