Remove "Coq" prefix in Python class names and change coq- to alectryon- in CSS #10

I'm planning to start porting Alectryon to work with other proof assistants soon, and having everything named after Coq isn't ideal for that, so I'm making that change before too many people depend on these class names.

Making it into a PR so that the relevant people can adjust to the change. Will merge in a week or so.
