Support for ESP8266 #60

How difficult would it be to add a support for Esp8266?

On ESP8266 it would be advisable to use a different approach to control the WS2812. Bitbanging is not reliable due to varying waitstates. However, there are plenty of options to use the periphery. This is just not within the scope of this library, so I guess that it does not make much sense to come up with ESP8266 support.
