No index entry for customization point object #6967

The only mention in the index is the stable tag [customization.point.object] but I would expect an index entry for the definition of the term in that subclause, and for each use of it (which all cross-reference [customization.point.object], I think).

It seems that we should also index range adaptor object and range adaptor closure object.
