US 15-044 7.6.1.3p12 [expr.call] Default argument promotion #487

The phrase "default argument promotions" is apparently unused.

Proposed change:

Add cross references to "Variable argument list access macros" in ISO/IEC 9899 and/or explanation in [cstdarg.syn].

CWG 2011-11-11: Change the library wording as indicated in CWG2645 (last block of changes).

@JeffGarland @jwakely This needs to be blessed by LWG, or LWG needs to co-opt that into an LWG issue. Please advise.

LWG poll: LWG agrees with the wording change in Core issue 2645 and are happy for Core to make that change.
