**-029 Annex D: Table numbers are incorrect #571

In annexes table numbers restart and are accompanied by the annex letter, i.e. Table 147 should be Table D.1. Update the references as well.

Check with the Directives, Part 2 and massage the LaTeX macros.

Directives, Part 2, 9th ed, section 29.3:

"In annexes, the table numbering restarts and the number is preceded by the annex letter (e.g. Table A.1)."
