SG16 reviewed P2871R0 during its 2023-05-24 meeting and reconfirmed its prior consensus for no objection to removal of the deprecated features as originally established when discussing P2139R2 (Reviewing Deprecated Facilities of C++20 for C++23) during its 2020-07-22 meeting.
