POLL: Forward P3187R1 to LWG without an electronic poll (this will have the effect of removing start_detached, ensure_started, and execute) (knowing that we have no alternative for eager execution in P2300).

A: The addition of “without an electronic poll” changed my vote from SF to A, but personally I’m fully in support.

Next Steps

The paper was forwarded to LWG (change will be merged into P2300R10) for C++26 (without an EP, as it’s a fix, and approved by SG1).
