We will not get to this in time for 23 -- re-targeting to c++26.

@JeffGarland is there any reason not to consider this editorial to be done whenever lwg has time?

Yes, it basically is and so that's why it's been at the bottom of the list. Unfortunately it likely needs to be completely updated to the new draft. We will probably try doing this in a small group with a final list review instead of burning full group time on it.

Note that the intent of the paper was to be editorial, but to gain LWG consensus on which of the different listed classifications could be eliminated. As author, I stated at the time of submission that I was happy to defer the paper while LWG was busy with C++23 features, but planned to submit an Editorial NB comment to review at that point, to avoid complicating reviews of features as they were still landing. I still intend to do that.

Note that the draft wording in the paper was indicative of the changes, and safe to review in that context - the actual changes would be handled by the editorial process following the agreed principles, and potentially between C++23 FDIS and opening the draft to C++26 edits.
