This is feedback on P1028 (std::error) and P0709 (zero-overhead deterministic exceptions), which is currently marked as needs-revision. This paper should be seen the next time that P1028 is seen. Marking as needs-revision until then.

The author was encouraged to work with the authors of P1028 and of P2786 (on the topic of relatability) and come back to LEWG with the results.
