This paper is relevant, but I want to discuss it in the context of P1726 (https://github.com/cplusplus/papers/issues/553). I checked with Anthony and he's OK doing so.

This needs to be seen along with P1726 (#553) by SG1 and SG12 to get consensus between the two papers.

This was discussed in EWG in the February 9th, 2023 morning session in Issaquah. No polls were taken, however guidance was given to the authors, and we expect to see an omnibus solution to the problem, based on #1364.
