Display full DMO information during enumeration #203

I'd like to have this feature in the programm:

Combine information found during DMOEnum and DirectShow enumeration. Different 
information is displayed if a DMO is displayed in the "(ALL) DirectShow 
Filters" category compared with the "(ALL) DMO" category.
