^^^ @cplussharp added one another commit to disable translation while inactive (unblocks Ctrl+C for AC3Filter proprety pages)

I only used the second commit to fix the main problem. I don't want to change the shortcut, so we not confuse existing long time users. (muscle memory is hard to beat ;-) )
