Fix list ordering in Books indices #12

Description: List orders by reverse date metadata and then by alphabetic of titles off years, thus it's a bit weird.

Do redesign template for books index page, and put ordering title/date updated, and sort only by the year.

For now, I'll change the post date to last day of each year, but needs to be dealt with.
