This is a first draft of the FTT-Transport update manual.

A few questions: @cormacmlynch --> Can you clarify Update Cost data#2 on the link to E3ME? @aileenlam28 -->

• Could you give an example link to a manufacturers website, so that people know what to look for when searching data from those websites?
• Could you indicate who has access to Markline at the moment? So that if external people want to update with Markline, they know who to ask for help.
• For "Update share data 4", is there a way to indicate that approximate data has been added?
• Update the cost data 3: is there a more precise link? (maybe using webarchive for stability)
• Could you indicate better when the end-years need to be updated in the Variable_Listing.xlsx? Is there also a country-specific end-year that needs updating?
