Double check gas investment costs US #57

The investment costs for the US gas is lower than in other world regions according to IEA data, but in our model it seems to be the same (based on the output in the solar inevitable paper). Double check if this is correct.

I've checked where the data discrepancy comes from. It's not investment costs, but fuel costs. The US seems to be half the price compared to other countries, and we just use a single value. The IEA data cube has much more fine-grained details and we can set this to actual fuel prices in the update.
