Properly visualize orgname/repo-name #4

Due to npm constraints for module name, I had to "normalize" full package names from form intersystems-ru/Cache-MDX2JSON to the hackish "intersystems-ru~Cache-MDX2JSON".

We need to massage them at the visualization time while rendering on the page. (They are not mangled inside of CPM, thus we need to be consistent).

We probably could go online with alpha having this inconsistent state in Web UI.
