I realize this site is no longer maintained and the code has become abandoned, but if anyone knows where to find these amazingly precise mappability estimates, that would be ideal. If there are any alternative places to download the hg38 or mm10 indexes, please let me know. This software looked amazing and I haven't seen a better alternative since its publication.
