App Start-Up Latency

I think there is definitely more work to be done with the iOS app. It took a long time to load the app in the emulator. Here is the output from XCode while the emulator was running:

Can someone please review and see if there are tweaks that can be made to speed up the load time for the app?

Seems to be good amount of task, but I will take this to check out if things can be fixed....
