Review Venue Maps links and ensure Locations Services is started correctly in codebase.

Fixed with 0b884b873d. Two components to the fix. Poked a hole in https security check to allow requests of http://www.cinequest.org/venuelist.php. Disabled the showing of current user location in initial map view.
