Crash with mpc-hc and 682 beta 2 #183

First off I'd like to point out that a lot of the time, during complex
subtitles, it lags like crazy. You probably know this, but maybe not, because
sometimes I feel it is because I have a 1600p monitor, and it's the scaling to
this degree that causes the insane frame drops during complex subtitles.
However, this time, it simply crashes at this part every time. I'm not sure if
the former is related to this, but I'm reporting it anyway.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download this:
https://mega.co.nz/#!WAti3Kpa!OyLFQTCaoyCa5Io_d2Blvi_wOM0ojkR-_U_2PnVhuGw
I chopped out the section of this anime that makes me crash (every time) using
MKVtools. For me it happens as soon as it shows the paper with the typesetting.
Note that it doesn't happen if I'm not in fullscreen, which is why I think it
has to do with scaling to my monitor's above average resolution.
2. As I think it's related to my output resolution, I'll list my workflow:
Windows 8.1 x64 Pro, MPC-HC x86 .155 (newest off nightly), LAV Filters 0.61.1,
madvr, reclock (though I've tried disabling reclock just in case to no avail),
and of course the newest xysubfilter 3.1.0.682 beta 2.

If you need anything else like a log, or want me to try some things, feel free
to ask.

This is a duplicate of Issue #181

Use the XySubFilter_Test_Build_(Revert_Insane_Border_Support).7z build attached
to the comment in that issue to resolve this crash:

Don't worry about the duplicate, and thank you for the concise bug report. Any
samples provided which can reproduce this crash at a particular resolution are
useful, as we still haven't figured out what the exact trigger is.
