3 years ago - Added maturity classifications to most of the building blocks.
- Added links to the source ogc definitions for most of the 'geo' ones.
- Minor cleanups - removed todo reference to more advanced filtering options. I don't think it's necessary in the building block, but we should get to some 'architecture guide' which explains the range of options. And should also work to actually extract building blocks for cql and other options.
