Combine spacing measures calculation discussion in Estimation Strategy? #18

Currently, the sex ratio is presented at the end of the Estimation Strategy section, but the parity progression probability and the average birth interval in the results section. Furthermore, the 25th/75th percentile measures are discussed in the distribution subsection. It might make more sense to have one discussion at the end of the Estimation Strategy section that covers all spacing related measures.

The fertility and infant mortality calculations would still remain in their respective sections since they are fundamentally different, and not very complicated to explain.
