DE-4: The word “spell” is introduced with no definition. Is spell the same as birth interval? Is it measured in months? This information would be useful for the reader.

The use of spell and interval/spacing is confusing.

Make sure all numbers and graphs birth intervals (spell + 9 months)
Check use of "spell" in text, figures, and tables (see, for example, Figures 8 and 9).
