One more thing to make it perfect: could you put together some PDFs for those sample questions so that they can open it to see the details of the questions? You can just use the same format as https://hspc.cis.uab.edu/ (they have provided all the previous question set). For each sample question you listed, you can just have one page PDF file with sample input and outputs. Let's try to finalize it today if possible so that we can start sending it next week.
